The ZW32-12 series outdoor high-voltage spring-loaded vacuum circuit breaker is a three-phase, 50 Hz high-voltage AC outdoor switchgear primarily used in 10 kV power grids as a load separator and switch. It is suitable for short-circuit current applications and can also be used in other similar applications.

The ZW32-12 series outdoor high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker complies with national standard GB1984 “High-voltage AC circuit breaker,” International Electrotechnical Commission IEC62271-100 “High-voltage AC circuit breaker,” and other standards.

Working Environment Conditions

  1. Ambient Air Temperature: -40°C~+40°C;
  2. Altitude: Not more than 2000m;
  3. The ambient air may be polluted with dust, smoke, corrosive gases, steam, or salt spray, and the pollution level shall not exceed Level I in GB/T5582;

  5. Vibration or ground movement outside the distribution and control equipment can be ignored;
  6. The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system does not exceed 1.6kV;

  1. The three-phase, fully enclosed, column-type structure features high sealing performance, stable and reliable failure characteristics, no fire or explosion hazard, and is maintenance-free. It is small in size, lightweight, and has a long service life. The three-phase column adopts APG technology and composite insulation, and boasts high and low temperature resistance, UV resistance, and aging resistance.

The operating mechanism uses a miniature spring actuator, and the energy storage motor uses a permanent magnet stepper motor, which has small energy storage capacity, low power consumption during opening and closing, and a mechanical lifespan of over 10,000 times.

Breaker opening and closing operations can be controlled manually or electrically and remotely.

It can be equipped with an additional intelligent controller to implement distribution network automation or combined with a match controller to create an automatic resetter or segmenter.

Two-phase or three-phase protection current transformers or zero-sequence current transformers can be selected. A three-phase integrated instrument current transformer can be added to the high-voltage prepayment switch.

  1. The circuit breaker can be equipped with a single-ended or double-ended disconnector. When the disconnector is open, a clearly visible break is visible and it is equipped with a locking device to prevent incorrect operation of the circuit breaker housing.

The arrester isolator can be connected for ease of maintenance.
