The SC(B) series dry-type epoxy resin transformer is flame-retardant, fire-safe, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, environmentally friendly, compact due to its sealed winding, and can be installed directly at the load center.
At the same time, a scientific and intelligent design and casting process allows the product to have reduced partial discharge, lower noise levels, and superior heat dissipation capacity. With forced-air cooling, it can operate for extended periods at 125% rated load. It is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller with fault alarm, overtemperature alarm, overtemperature shutdown, and black box monitoring functions.
It is connected to a computer via an RS485 serial interface and can be centrally monitored and controlled. Due to the above characteristics, the product is widely used in power transmission systems such as hotels, restaurants, airports, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, residential areas, and other critical locations, as well as in subways, smelters, ships, offshore drilling platforms, and other environmentally sensitive locations.

Normal Environmental Conditions
- Ambient Temperature: No more than +40℃, No less than -25℃, Average Monthly Temperature No more than +30℃, Average Annual Temperature No more than +20℃.
- Altitude: No more than 1000m.
- The power supply voltage waveform is similar to a sine wave.
- The voltage of a three-phase power supply is approximately symmetrical.
- The relative humidity of the ambient air should be no more than 93%. There should be no water droplets on the surface of the coil.
- Installation Location: Indoors or outdoors.
Product Features
The high-voltage winding is made of enameled copper wire or film-wrapped copper wire, while the low-voltage winding is made of copper foil. The high-voltage winding is filled with fiberglass. Unfilled epoxy resin is used for the vacuum casting, which, after curing, forms a solid unit with high mechanical strength, low partial discharge, and high reliability.

The core material is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet with a laminated structure with a full beveled seam.
