The SC(B) series dry-type epoxy resin transformer is flame-retardant, fire-safe, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, environmentally friendly, compact due to its sealed winding, and can be installed directly at the load center.<\/p>\n

At the same time, a scientific and intelligent design and casting process allows the product to have less partial discharge, lower noise, and superior heat dissipation capacity. With forced-air cooling, it can operate for extended periods at 125% rated load.<\/p>\n

It is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller with fault alarm, overtemperature alarm, overtemperature shutdown, and black box monitoring functions. It is connected to a computer via an RS485 serial interface and can be centrally monitored and controlled.<\/p>\n

Due to the above characteristics, the product is widely used in power transmission systems such as hotels, restaurants, airports, high-rise buildings, commercial centers, residential areas, and other critical locations, as well as in subways, smelters, ships, offshore drilling platforms, and other environmentally sensitive locations.<\/p>\n

Product Specification<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The high-voltage winding is made of enameled copper wire or film-wrapped copper wire, while the low-voltage winding is made of copper foil. The high-voltage winding is filled with fiberglass. Unfilled epoxy resin is used for the vacuum casting, which, after curing, forms a solid unit with high mechanical strength, low partial discharge, and high reliability.<\/p>\n

The core material is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet with a laminated structure featuring a full beveled seam.<\/p>\n
